Our Smart Repair service is designed for cosmetic damage only and typically covers one damage per booking. All appointments must be confirmed via email to be valid.
How long does a repair take?
Most Smart Repairs are completed within 1–3 hours. Many jobs can be done within approximately one hour.
How much does it cost?
Prices start from €80 depending on the type, size and complexity of the damage.
Do I need to leave my car?
In most cases, you can wait on-site. Repairs are usually completed the same day.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes, we work with all major insurers in Malta and can assist with claims.
Is the repair visible afterwards?
No. We use professional colour matching techniques to achieve an almost invisible finish.
Do you repaint the whole panel?
No. Smart Repair focuses only on the damaged area, avoiding full panel repainting.
Can you repair alloy wheels?
Yes, including cosmetic repairs and many diamond-cut wheel damages.
Do you repair interiors?
Yes. We repair leather, plastics, dashboards and other interior surfaces.

We are based in Malta. Appointments are booked online via our AI estimator or booking system.
Can you repair cars older than 2015?
In most cases, no. Strong UV exposure in Malta often causes paint fading or oxidation, making reliable cosmetic repairs difficult.
Why can my repair request be rejected?
Requests may be rejected if the damage exceeds DIN A4 size, is not economically viable, or if parts are cracked, deformed or structurally damaged.
How do I book an appointment?
Use our AI price estimator to upload your damage photo, receive a price and book your appointment directly online.
Is the AI price estimate accurate?
If one damage area is clearly shown, the estimate is usually 99% accurate. Final pricing may change after inspection.
Can I upload multiple damages?
No. One estimate and booking covers one damage area only.
How can I pay?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Revolut, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash is not accepted.
Is my car insured?
Yes. Your vehicle is covered by additional insurance while in our care.
Should I wash my car before?
Yes. Clean vehicles allow better results. Very dirty wheels may incur a €6 cleaning fee per wheel.
Can you repair rental cars?
Yes. We repair private, rental, lease and fleet vehicles.
How large can the damage be?
Up to approximately DIN A4 size. Larger damage may require traditional repair.
Do I need to confirm my appointment?
Yes. Your booking is only final after email confirmation.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Use the links in your confirmation email to change or cancel your appointment.
Do you repair cracked or broken parts?
No. Structural damage, cracks, bent wheels or broken parts are outside Smart Repair scope.
Do you offer mobile repair?
No. All repairs are carried out in our Malta workshop for best quality and conditions.
