We are expanding our team and are looking for a reliable full-time workshop helper for permanent employment.
Accurate, careful and clean work is extremely important to us. You will support our Smart Repair team with vehicle preparation and general workshop tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing vehicles before repair work
- Cleaning the areas that will be repaired
- Carefully masking and covering vehicle parts
- Mixing colours and preparing materials
- Supporting the Smart Repair technicians
- Keeping the workshop clean and organised
- Handling customer vehicles carefully
- Following workshop and quality procedures

Do I need previous automotive experience?
Previous workshop or automotive experience would be helpful, but it is not always required. Reliability, careful work and willingness to learn are particularly important.
What will my main tasks be?
Your main tasks will include preparing vehicles, cleaning repair areas, masking vehicle parts, mixing colours, preparing materials and supporting our Smart Repair technicians.
Do I need to be able to mix paint colours?
Experience with colour mixing would be an advantage. Training and instructions can be provided depending on your previous experience.
Do I need a driving licence?
No. A driving licence is not required for this position, but it would be an advantage.
Where is the job located?
The position is based at WBC Smart Repair in Malta.
