Mark the damage directly on the uploaded image.
Step 1 — Cleaning & Inspection
Clean at least 40cm around the repair area using waterbased cleaner.
Never sand dirty surfaces.
Step 2 — Sanding
Use 180 grit for deep scratches and 320 grit for lighter scratches.
Do NOT prime over 1500 sanding marks.
Step 3 — Primer
Too much primer causes runs.
Step 4 — Basecoat & Clearcoat
Use PPG Envirobase and D8135 clearcoat.
Step 5 — Polish & Finish
Use fresh microfiber cloths and inspect the finish carefully.
