How long does a repair take?
Most smart repairs are completed within 1–3 hours. Many jobs can even be finished within one hour.
How much does it cost?
Prices start from €80 depending on the size, type and location of the damage.
Is smart repair cheaper than a body shop?
Yes. We repair only the damaged area instead of repainting full panels, which saves significant time and cost.
Will the repair be visible?
No. We use professional colour matching systems to achieve an almost invisible finish.
What damage can you repair?
We repair scratches, scuffs, paint damage, alloy wheels, interiors and cosmetic damage up to approx. DIN A4 size.
What damage can NOT be repaired?
We do not repair cracked parts, bent wheels, structural damage or damage larger than DIN A4 size.
Can you repair alloy wheels?
Yes, including painted and diamond-cut wheels, as long as they are not bent or cracked.
Do you repair interiors?
Yes. We repair leather, plastic, dashboards, trims and other interior surfaces.
Can you repair cars older than 2015?
In most cases no, due to UV damage and faded paint, which makes a perfect colour match difficult.
How does the AI price estimator work?
Upload one damage photo, mark the area and receive an AI-based price. If the offer fits, you can book directly.
Is the AI price accurate?
If the damage is clearly visible and only one area is submitted, the estimate is about 99% accurate.
Can I upload multiple damages?
No. One estimate and one booking covers one damage area only.
Do I need to confirm my booking?
Yes. Your appointment is only confirmed after clicking the confirmation link in your email.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. You can change or cancel your appointment via the confirmation email at any time.
How can I pay?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Revolut, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash is not accepted.
Is my car insured?
Yes. Your vehicle is covered by additional insurance while it is in our care.
Should I wash my car before?
Yes. A clean car helps ensure the best repair result. Dirty wheels may incur a €6 cleaning fee.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We support claims with major insurers in Malta for suitable damage.
Do you offer mobile repair?
No. All repairs are carried out in our workshop to guarantee quality and precision.
